Acernitro

The first real hardware to deploy this configuration on. It's an Acer Nitro AN-5151 with the NVIDIA / Intel Hybrid GPU 2, which is honestly a pain in the ass to deal with. Due to the issues I encountered with this hardware setup, I opted for easy mode and installed Ubuntu3, setting up the drivers, and then ripping away everything I didn't need.

Options

  • Set the browser manually

  • Set the language to Canadian english

  • Increase the font size for the high DPI screen
